The DataLocker H100 is an End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS) hardware-encrypted USB 2.0 external hard drive designed for secure data storage. The unmanaged device features an integrated Bluefly Security Processor that is FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validated, incorporating tamper-evident physical security mechanisms that zeroize cryptographic security parameters in the event of unauthorized access. Utilizing a zero-footprint deployment model, the H100 employs a read-only partition containing proprietary ACCESS software to facilitate identity-based authentication without requiring host installation on compatible Windows 7 Professional and macOS 10.5 and 10.6 systems. The primary data partition remains locked until successful authentication, and the device restricts consecutive incorrect password attempts to ten before automatically executing a data-erasing factory reset. Operating at read and write speeds of up to 21 MB/s, the drive communicates device status via LED indicators and relies on a local Management Code to authorize manual factory resets and device re-personalization.
