WindowsSCOPE is a GUI-based memory forensic capture and analysis toolkit designed for importing standard WinDD memory dumps, which are automatically reverse-engineered and presented for centralized forensic analysis. The toolkit provides capabilities for analyzing the Windows kernel, software applications, drivers, DLLs, and user activity to support digital forensics, cyber crime investigation, cyber defense, and reverse engineering activities.
The system enables the generation, comparison, annotation, and analysis of virtual and physical memory snapshots from various perspectives. It includes program analysis tools such as disassembling and graphing, alongside mechanisms to discover data artifacts like credit card information, logins, and visited URLs from terminated programs. The toolkit supports memory dumps from Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8/8.1, and operates alongside optional hardware-based physical memory acquisition mechanisms.
