Septier Where is a scalable and modular cellular positioning infrastructure that enables mobile operators to deploy location services for law enforcement compliance, commercial applications, and emergency call tracing. The system is network-agnostic and supports networks of all sizes, capacities, and topologies, including technologically hybrid networks.
The platform is available in two versions: Septier Where for strategic positioning of single or multiple targets, and Septier Where E911, a phase-1 and phase-2 compliant solution for locating emergency calls. It supports active and passive approaches, network-based and device-based positioning, and multidimensional location calculation methods that are adaptable to specific cellular environments.
