Virtual CG-NAT by 6WIND is a high-performance, ready-to-use virtual router and software network appliance designed to optimize Public IPv4 resources. It is a software-based Carrier Grade Network Address Translation (CG-NAT) vRouter product, ready to run in bare metal and virtual machine configurations on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) servers. Virtual CG-NAT is part of 6WIND's Virtual Service Router (VSR) product suite and aims to help service providers manage IPv4 address exhaustion.
