UBIKA WAAP Gateway / On Prem Edition by UBIKA protects critical applications and APIs against advanced cyber threats with powerful custom workflows. It features an intelligent graphical management interface that visualizes traffic processing and flow. Users can chain multiple security engines through the workflow for precise detection and reduced false positive rates. It allows switching from blocking mode to logging mode for all or part of the security policy with a single click. UBIKA WAAP Gateway / On Prem Edition reinforces API security with additional engines, validates JSON/XML structure using schemas, and access paths with OpenAPI validation. The optional Advanced Package activates additional engines in the workflow to enhance API security and extend it to custom applications and machine communication. It uses Webroot's real-time threat intelligence database to protect clients against threats posed by IP addresses, managing both blacklists and whitelists. The solution can work with OpenAPI files and enforce them on traffic. It uses a scoring model to increment a score so that if it exceeds a defined limit, the request is blocked and redirected. UBIKA WAAP Gateway / On Prem Edition monitors user activity in context to prevent application logic attacks and block abnormal behaviors. Reports combine executive, managerial, and technical views, support customizable models, and show evolution over time.
