Tyk Dashboard requires a persistent datastore for its operations, supporting MongoDB by default and PostgreSQL from Tyk v4.0. It supports systemd, Upstart, and SysVinit Linux init systems for service management and logging. Tyk Dashboard enables multiple security options for secure traffic and compliance with open standards. It is used to gather data for analytics and value reporting, including extracting data to business intelligence tools. Tyk Dashboard allows for the design, testing, and publishing of APIs, secure traffic shaping, no-code API integration, and analytics gathering.
