TrustManager by CertiPath is a Version 2.0 Physical Identity Access Manager (PIAM) designed to automate the provisioning of personnel to Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) without requiring them to visit an enrollment station. It addresses the challenges of supporting multiple credential types and ensuring full technical interoperability with high-assurance credentials like PIV-based smart cards. TrustManager leverages CertiPath’s 20 years of cyber experience to augment PACS with security features commonly found in enterprise IT systems. It supports advanced PACS provisioning, including the ability to provision and deprovision identity and credential records across standalone, enterprise, and community member PACS. TrustManager is compatible with all PIV applet-based systems and supports standalone proximity-based credentials and dual hybrid smart card/prox tokens. It also supports various systems such as Software House CCure 9000, LenelS2 OnGuard, Identiv Hirsch, and Gallagher, and integrates with CertiPath TrustZero, Software House, Innometriks, and HID pivCLASS. Key security features include encrypted data, M2M mutual authentication to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks, and smart card login.
