TrustMeter by Zero Networks is a tool designed to visualize excessive network access and help implement controls to protect against unnecessary lateral movement. TrustMeter collects data locally on the machine running it and does not upload data elsewhere. It gathers information from your network through active throttled scanning and retrieves identity information from Active Directory, AWS, Azure, GCP, and other identity providers. TrustMeter identifies managed and unmanaged assets in your network, classifying them as clients, servers, or cloud hosts. A TrustMeter report details overall exposure levels and provides insights into network topology. It reduces VPN access risk by scanning a network from a VPN client’s machine to reveal vulnerabilities. It provides inside-out visibility by scanning from the data center to identify problematic network paths. It also gains client network visibility by scanning from an internal host for complete visibility into accessible assets.
