The Tripwire Industrial Appliance provides industrial organizations a solution for gaining visibility into operational technology networks through passive asset discovery. The appliance runs Tripwire Industrial Visibility software and provides two deployment options: SPAN ports and bump-in-the-wire configuration to conduct active, passive, or hybrid asset discovery. The solution is available in two versions: TIA-700, which operates on industrial networks via an extended operational temperature range and conformal coating, and TIA-2400, which features high performance CPU and RAM to support large networks. Both versions use over 100 native industrial protocols to gather threat data. Both deployment methodologies include hardware bypasses to prevent packet loss during power failures.
