Trellix Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) is a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that provides endpoint threat detection, investigation, and response capabilities. As part of the Trellix Endpoint Security Suite, it leverages GenAI and machine learning for AI-guided investigations, helping security analysts respond faster to threats at the endpoint level. The solution reduces alert noise and decreases mean time to detect and respond to threats through automation. Operating through either an existing Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator (Trellix ePO) on-premises platform or through a SaaS-based ePO deployment, it employs analytics trained on over 1.5 petabytes of data to deliver endpoint protection while offering remote detection and investigation of endpoint cyberattacks including hidden malware.
