topsplug&go is an on-premise hardware appliance designed for secure digital identity provisioning in IoT device manufacturing. Deployed on a portable industrial computer near the production line, the solution facilitates the secure injection of digital certificates, cryptographic keys, serial numbers, and firmware into programmable components. It utilizes a pay-per-device credit system and supports up to four programming machines simultaneously, making it specifically suited for medium-scale device production environments.
The appliance ensures hardware-level security via an onboard TPM 2.0 or HSM alongside a 128 GB SSD for the secure local storage of critical assets. It provides centralized PKI tree management, external PKI interfacing, and comprehensive overproduction controls through signed reports. A post-quantum variant is also available, which provisions post-quantum keys, certificates, and signatures compliant with NIST PQC algorithms.
