SIParator by Ingate Systems is an Enterprise Session Border Controller (E-SBC) designed to enable secure SIP-based communications, including VoIP, SIP trunking, and Unified Communications, through Network Address Translation (NAT) devices and firewalls. It connects to existing firewalls to allow traversal of SIP traffic and is compatible with various firewalls and operating systems. SIParator facilitates the integration between IP-PBXs and Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSPs), including SIP trunking service providers. It applies enterprise-class security features to installations, supporting NAT and PAT as well as TLS and SRTP for encrypting SIP signaling and media. The product can be deployed alongside existing firewalls or function as a standalone appliance, and is available as hardware appliances or as software for virtual machines and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, OpenStack, and Google Cloud Platform.
