The DataLocker Sentry K350 is a keypad-enabled, hardware-encrypted USB 3.2 Gen 1 flash drive designed for secure data storage and transport across desktop, mobile, and non-traditional environments including networking devices, robotics, factory machinery, and Citrix systems. Available in capacities from 16 GB to 512 GB, the device features hardware-based AES-256-bit XTS encryption, a Common Criteria EAL 5+ microprocessor validated to FIPS 140-3 Level 3 standards, and elliptic curve cryptography. It operates via an internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery with an onboard OLED screen and numeric keypad for standalone, software-free authentication, delivering sequential read and write speeds of 190 MB/s. The physical design incorporates a tamper-evident, epoxy-sealed enclosure meeting IP68 and MIL-STD-810G standards.
Security capabilities include brute-force protection with configurable deletion of the encryption key and hardware reset after 10 to 50 failed login attempts, NIST 800-88 cryptographic erase, SilentKill data destruction, and a Zeroize factory-reset function. The device supports FAT32 formatting for capacities exceeding 32 GB, a Boot Mode for running operating systems directly from the drive, and an offline mode for up to 9,999 independent authentications. It operates in unmanaged standalone configuration or managed mode integrating with DataLocker's SafeConsole platform, which enables remote administration including policy enforcement, password complexity requirements, firmware updates, audit logging, data geofencing, and remote wipe or lock commands. The TAA-compliant drive maintains international regulatory and VPAT accessibility approvals.
