SecureForm by Lux Scientiae is a HIPAA-compliant web and PDF form solution designed to securely collect, transmit, and store sensitive data. It integrates with any web or PDF form hosted anywhere and allows users to design forms using the Secure Form FormBuilder. SecureForm transmits data from the end-user's browser to LuxSci, encrypted with strong TLS ciphers. It supports multiple data formats including plain text, two-column HTML, CSV, XML, custom templates, and re-filled PDF templates. SecureForm can send or save data to multiple locations such as secure email, databases, and third-party services.
