Cisco Secure Access is a cloud-delivered service that provides secure connectivity for users to both private and cloud applications. It enforces security policies on user traffic, brokers access to private applications based on a zero-trust model using identity and context, and blocks DNS requests to malicious domains. The platform discovers applications in use, inspects and filters web and network traffic across ports and protocols to block malware and prevent data loss, and enforces access controls based on user identity, group membership, and device security posture. It allows for the creation of fine-grained, per-application access policies, requires multi-factor authentication, and provides centralized management and reporting for all functions.
