SecuLution Application Whitelisting by SecuLution GmbH is an antivirus solution that provides protection against malware and unwanted software through application whitelisting. It generates a hash from the binary data of applications to be started, uniquely identifying the program. If the hash is not on the whitelist, software execution is refused. SecuLution Application Whitelisting maintains a cloud-based database with hashes of trustworthy software in a German computer center, assessing the trustworthiness of a hash with trust levels.
