Sapphire Appliances by Cygna Labs Corp are secure, multi-platform DDI (DHCP/DNS/IPAM) appliances designed to enhance an organization’s cybersecurity posture. They ship pre-configured with IPControl IPAM, DHCP/DNS, DNSSEC, cloud automation, resiliency, or auditing services software. Sapphire Appliances can be deployed as hardware platforms or on various cloud platforms, including VMware, KVM, Xen, Microsoft Hyper-V, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud. They support centralized monitoring, services control, and patch management of distributed x-series appliances. Sapphire Appliances are built on a non-commercial Linux distribution with a non-modular kernel, uninterruptible boot, and protections against networking attacks. The file system includes only necessary binaries running in a sterile jailed environment with non-privileged attributes. They support DNS security features, including DNSSEC, and provide centralized visibility and control through IPControl software.
