SanerNow Remote Access by SecPod is an easy-to-use, highly secure, on-demand remote support tool in SanerNow Endpoint Management (EM). It enables IT administrators to resolve end-user issues remotely using remote access on Windows, macOS, and Linux devices without installing additional software. SanerNow Remote Access allows connection to a device’s graphical and command-line interfaces, enabling IT administrators to choose the interface for remote support sessions. It has a built-in user approval feature that requires user consent before starting a remote session. The end user can terminate the session at any time. IT administrators can auto-connect with end users to help fix issues if the end user has opted in. It also allows file sharing between end users and IT technicians remotely. Using SanerNow Remote Access, OT administrators can set up unattended remote access on server-class devices, enabling them to launch a remote command prompt or terminal window and work on these devices anytime.
