SafeTalk by Inseqr is an innovative communication tool designed to guarantee full security of transmitted data and conversations. It is intended for projects, companies, and organizations where security is critical and the information is internal and confidential. SafeTalk ensures that messages do not leak outside the user’s infrastructure, providing comprehensive control over the flow of information and preventing exposure to cyber criminals or unauthorized services. SafeTalk is based on the open-source project Matrix.org, which publishes an open standard called Matrix for decentralized real-time communication. The open code simplifies future certification and accreditation. SafeTalk supports multiple user authentication methods, including username and password, email and password, Single Sign-On via SAML, Open ID Connect, or CAS protocols, and JSON Web Token. It can be extended to support customized authentication schemes via optional modules. SafeTalk can be used through web browsers and mobile applications based on Android and iOS. The system allows for the creation of dedicated zones – rooms for discussions on specific topics. SafeTalk can be installed on the client's infrastructure or as a secure service offered by Inseqr. The implementation process is not technically complicated, and using SafeTalk is intuitive for users. The architecture allows for changes and extensions based on client needs, such as introducing custom authentication modules. SafeTalk is developed entirely in Poland and is characterized by high operational flexibility, continuously enhanced with new components. SafeTalk is a mature solution proven in practical use.
