SafeConsole Cloud is a SaaS-based, single-tenant management console hosted in DataLocker's cloud infrastructure, providing centralized management, provisioning, security, and auditing of encrypted USB drives, USB ports, and virtual drives. The platform enables administrators to enforce encryption policies, track device activity, and maintain compliance with regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and CMMC through a standard web browser without requiring local installation or server setup. Technical capabilities include remote lock, wipe, or disable functions for lost or stolen devices; USB port access control (PortBlocker); real-time anti-malware scanning; certified data erasure with auditable reports; and Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. The service does not store user data from hardware storage products, functioning solely as a management interface for those devices.
The platform is deployed across multiple data center locations including US East (Ohio and N. Virginia), Canada (Central), Asia Pacific (Singapore), and Europe (Ireland and London), each complying with CSA, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27081, PCI DSS Level 1, and SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 certifications. Security controls include hashed account passwords that cannot be retrieved by staff, TLS encryption for all login traffic, brute-force protection, regular penetration testing, and 24/7 physical security with biometric and keycard access controls and continuous monitoring by an internal security team.
