REDDCRYPT is an end-to-end email encryption solution designed to operate independently of specific mail providers and servers. The platform automates certificate and key management by generating a key pair for each user upon registration, removing the requirement for a user-managed Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). All messages are encrypted on the client side prior to transmission. For communication between registered users, encryption and decryption are handled automatically within their client. External recipients without an account receive a notification and access encrypted messages through a password-protected web portal, from which they can also send encrypted replies. The system functions with environments including Microsoft 365, on-premises Exchange servers, and freemail hosts.
Users can access the service via an Outlook add-in, a web app, a Windows client, and native mobile applications. The platform also provides APIs to integrate automated email encryption into third-party applications. A team variant offers a master key, allowing organizations to decrypt and recover emails associated with former employee accounts. When integrated with the REDDOXX Appliance, REDDCRYPT can be centrally managed in conjunction with S/MIME and PGP protocols.
