Self-service password reset: ReACT (ASPG) lets end users reset their own forgotten or expired passwords to a permanent value through a guided four-step process (identification, authentication, system selection, and password creation) without contacting the help desk, restoring access quickly and reducing call volume.

Self-service account unlock: Users can unlock their own locked domain accounts on their own through the self-service portal, resolving lockouts without help desk intervention.

Cross-system password synchronization (single password approach): ReACT synchronizes a user's password across many systems so that a single password change propagates everywhere, delivering the benefits of a single-sign-on-like experience without the cost and complexity of a full SSO implementation.

Multi-factor authentication: The product supports multi-factor authentication to verify the user's identity during password reset and unlock operations, ensuring that self-service actions are protected against impersonation.

Support for many systems and platforms: ReACT works across a broad range of operating systems and applications including Active Directory, LDAP, Novell, Oracle/SQL, Office 365, Google, iSeries/AS400, and z/OS security systems (RACF, ACF2, TopSecret), covering enterprise, mainframe, and cloud targets without requiring drastic changes to the existing environment.
