FastPass Password Manager is a technical component designed to evaluate password strength and automate credential updates across enterprise architectures. The system utilizes an interceptor library installed on login servers, which establishes an encrypted connection to the main Password Manager server to securely process policy control and synchronization requests.
Upon receiving a password change request, the Password Manager verifies the new password's quality against internal policies. Once the local login server confirms the change, the Password Manager queues the new credential, maps the event to a specific table of target login accounts, and automatically sets the new password across all configured external systems, providing automated notifications to the user if any failures occur.
