PANalyzr is a wideband multi-protocol Personal Area Network (PAN) analyzer equipped with a portable software-defined radio (SDR) front-end. The system continuously captures, processes, and displays packets across the 2.4–2.5 GHz ISM band, providing simultaneous visibility into Bluetooth Low Energy, Classic Bluetooth (BR/EDR), IEEE 802.15.4-based protocols, and Wi-Fi traffic. An optional IoT Expansion Pack extends these capabilities to include sub-GHz IEEE 802.15.4, Wi-Fi payloads, and Z-Wave traffic.
Designed for wireless security analysis, the tool is utilized by commercial organizations and government agencies to identify network vulnerabilities, monitor device behavior, detect threats, and perform security investigations in desktop or field environments. The platform includes analytics and visualization modules for data interpretation and automated protocol insights, and it can integrate with custom-built fuzzers for advanced protocol testing and security workflows.
