The CDI Out of Band Manager (OBM) is a Windows-based central database manager designed to manage, monitor, control, and connect to thousands of CDI and non-CDI out-of-band management devices. It provides secure terminal access through a graphical user interface using SSH, encrypted network, encrypted dial-up, or GPRS cellular connections.
The software utilizes role-based security credentials to granularly control access across operations engineers, external vendors, and security administrators. It includes comprehensive monitoring capabilities, logging all terminal keystrokes, recording user activity, and generating exportable audits, while also supporting Syslog and SNMP message forwarding for integration with larger management systems.
