Netskope Cloud Exchange is a docker-based integration platform that enables organizations to connect and coordinate security tools across their infrastructure. The platform consists of four modules that facilitate threat intelligence sharing, log export, risk assessment, and ticket management. Cloud Threat Exchange enables bidirectional exchange of indicators of compromise between security platforms and automates threat indicator sharing. Cloud Log Shipper exports event logs from Netskope security solutions to SIEMs, data lakes, and syslog formats. Cloud Risk Exchange aggregates risk values from multiple connected systems to create normalized risk scores for users, devices, and applications, with sub-modules for User Risk Exchange and Application Risk Exchange. Cloud Ticket Orchestrator automatically creates tickets in IT service management and collaboration systems based on alert types and elements. The platform consumes Netskope telemetry, external threat intelligence, and risk scores to enable policy implementation, automated service ticket creation, and log event exportation. Organizations can deploy and manage the platform themselves or utilize it as a managed service.
