Through the platform, customers can access services such as detection and documentation of online content on marketplaces and websites that may infringe customer’s rights, generating requests to remove potentially infringing content, and generating notices to sellers that their actions may violate customer’s intellectual property or contractual rights. The platform includes updates, bug fixes, patches, error corrections, modifications, enhancements, or adaptations to the platform, including all related intellectual property rights. Marq Vision will perform the services in a timely and professional manner according to industry standards, using qualified personnel and adequate resources. Marq Vision will apply necessary information security techniques and measures consistent with good industry standards in the performance of the services.
