REDDOXX MailSealer is a server-side email encryption and digital signature solution that operates as a central SMTP gateway. It automatically encrypts, decrypts, and signs incoming and outgoing emails at the network level based on centrally defined rules, integrating with existing mail server infrastructures. The system functions without requiring client-side software or manual user intervention to protect sensitive email data and metadata from unauthorized access and ensure confidentiality during transmission.
The platform supports established encryption standards such as S/MIME and OpenPGP, in addition to advanced cryptographic algorithms like RSASSA-PSS and RSAES-OAEP for specific compliance requirements. It provides central key and certificate management, and administrators can enforce organizational policies based on senders, recipients, or domains. For recipients without compatible encryption certificates, messages are routed through an integrated secure web portal to facilitate secure communication.
