Lumu for MSPs Lite by Lumu Technologies is an offering designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) build their cybersecurity practice. It includes full functionality for MSPs with limitations on the number of tenants and integrations. Lumu for MSPs Lite includes 3 tenants with a total of 50 endpoints, and 3 integrations per tenant: 1 for data collection, 1 for automated response, and 1 for SecOps. An upgrade is required when limits on tenants, endpoints, or integrations are surpassed. There is no time limit for Lumu for MSPs Lite. Agents are the preferred data collection method for MSPs, however, there are other mechanisms available to cover other deployments. The Lumu MSP portal supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) and allows switching between client accounts without logging in and out. The portal is multi-tenant and multi-view, allowing management of clients from a single interface. Subscriptions are offered both month to month and yearly commitments.
