KaaaS is a web application and API service that enables users to digitally sign, timestamp, and anchor digital files to the Bitcoin blockchain to establish verifiable proof of existence, integrity, and origin. The platform operates by injecting trusted and contextual metadata—such as copyrights, tags, versions, and classifications—directly into files without altering their original format or readability. This embedded protection allows files to be independently verified for authenticity indefinitely, without requiring a permanent connection to a trusted third party or KeeeX infrastructure.
The platform supports simple, advanced, and qualified electronic signatures in compliance with eIDAS regulations and features capabilities for multi-signature workflows, encrypted file transfers, and transparent governance for meetings. To ensure data privacy, file processing occurs locally within the user's web browser prior to encrypted cloud storage. KaaaS can be deployed as a turnkey SaaS portal with custom branding, managed via an administrator space, and supports integration with enterprise identity providers via Single Sign-On (SSO).
