JaCarta SecurLogon by Aladdin-RD is a solution for easy and quick transition from regular passwords to two-factor authentication for operating system login and access to network resources using USB tokens and smart cards. It provides two-factor authentication without deploying Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Active Directory, addresses weak password issues, automates compliance with information security policies, and facilitates a smooth transition to PKI. JaCarta SecurLogon generates complex passwords (up to 63 characters) stored in a USB token or smart card. Users only need to remember a simple and short PIN code. Biometric identification support allows replacing PIN code entry with fingerprint scanning. JaCarta SecurLogon can lock the computer when the USB token or smart card is removed, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access or misuse by third parties. It is certified by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia and registered in the registry of Russian software for computers and databases (No. 2129). JaCarta SecurLogon is part of the JaCarta 1.5 package (FSTEC compliance certificate No. 4446), allowing its use for information protection in personal data information systems (PDIS) up to level 1, in the construction of state information systems (GIS) up to protection class 1, and in the creation of automated systems up to protection class 1G. It supports various operating systems including Microsoft Windows and Linux. The solution includes a starter kit for individual users and/or initial familiarization with JaCarta SecurLogon capabilities, containing everything necessary for installation and full use. The starter kit includes 1 USB key JaCarta PKI, a compact disc with JaCarta SecurLogon distribution, documentation, and additional materials, a license for using JaCarta SecurLogon on 1 workstation, and a packaging case. For corporate supplies, a corporate license for using JaCarta SecurLogon must be purchased. Additional USB tokens or JaCarta smart cards are purchased based on the number of workstations where JaCarta SecurLogon will be installed. The software distribution and documentation are provided electronically. Smart card readers, which are not included with JaCarta SecurLogon, are required for using smart cards and can be purchased separately from Aladdin-RD partners. RFID tags can be implanted in USB tokens and smart cards for integration with access control systems.
