IMS for SCMS is a central management dashboard that enables OEMs and infrastructure operators to supervise their Security Credential Management Systems across multiple regions. The system provides an integrated certificate management tool for SCMS, which is a PKI-based security verification system for V2X communications. The platform features visual dashboards that display real-time information on issued, revoked, and expired certificates, organized by geographic regions. Users can monitor and manage V2X devices including OBUs and RSUs globally through the interface. The system provides visibility into regional certificate status, expiration dates, connection status, and system resources such as CPU, memory, and network usage. Certificate search functionality allows users to locate and view lists of issued and revoked certificates, with export capabilities to Excel or PDF formats. Individual certificate details and history can be accessed through the interface. The platform supports multiple regional standards including North American SCMS, European C-ITS CMS, and Chinese C-SCMS, allowing administrators to switch between different regions and countries. The system includes a Device Certificate Manager feature that processes OBU enrollment requests and provisions initial identification and pseudonym certificates.
