HD-2XT Degausser by Garner Products automatically destroys all data on hard drives and tape in 8 seconds, verifies the erasure field strength, and displays the gauss level after each cycle. It erases high coercivity hard drives up to 1.25 inches in height and a range of tape cartridge media. Simply place the media in the drawer, and closing it starts the degauss cycle. HD-2XT generates a 10,000+ gauss (1 tesla) magnetic field for complete erasure of hard drives and tape. It is economical and durable, providing complete data elimination in 8 seconds. The LCD displays the gauss level after each cycle, and it is capable of erasing up to 1,920 (1.8 in.), 960 (2.5 in.), and 240 (3.5 in.) drives per hour. HD-2XT is destruction report capable and upgradeable to the IRONCLAD Erasure and Destruction Verification System. It erases both working and non-working hard drives, operates quietly in an office environment, and has continuous duty with no cool down between cycles. HD-2XT is ETL Listed and certified to UL, IEC, CSA, CE, KC, and RCM standards, and is TAA compliant. It is portable and lightweight, weighing 34 lbs.
