Guardrails AI is a framework that validates and structures data from language models. It performs two key functions: running Input/Output Guards in applications to detect, quantify, and mitigate specific types of risks, and helping generate structured data from Language Models (LLMs). Guardrails AI can be used with any language model and supports validations ranging from simple checks like regex matching to more complex checks such as competitor analysis. It includes a Guardrails Hub, which is a community-driven effort to create and share guardrails for common LLM validation use cases.
