The Septier Guardian IMSI Catcher is a tactical intelligence-gathering unit designed to extract cellular identities, including IMSI numbers, location data, and other information from mobile devices within its operational zone. The system functions across all cellular makes and operating systems, supporting GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G networks across relevant frequency bands in multi-cell configurations.
The system is capable of capturing up to 11 different identifiers per device, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi data. It detects the presence of all cellular phones in restricted areas and issues alerts upon identifying specific target devices. An evolved version, the IMSI-OSINT Catcher, allows for identity enrichment by retrieving data from open-source intelligence repositories.
