Gold Comet is a quantum-secure, zero-trust Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) designed for enterprise data storage, secure file sharing, and encrypted messaging. The platform operates within a proprietary cloud environment and utilizes AES 256-bit object-level encryption, assigning a unique cryptographic key to each encrypted file to protect data at rest and in transit. It supports Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and is architected to secure Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Federal Contract Information (FCI), and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
The system incorporates Privileged Access Management (PAM), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and strict whitelisting controls to ensure only authorized users can access and collaborate on shared data. Additionally, it features a built-in document viewer supporting over 140 file extensions, continuous monitoring, and detailed audit logging to help organizations meet and manage compliance requirements such as CMMC and NIST SP 800-171.
