GateScanner Secure Mail Gateway by Sasa Software provides two security levels for different needs and configurations, available on-premises, private cloud, or as an Office 365 Outlook integration. GateScanner Secure Mail Gateway acts as a secure Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) and offers real-time cloud email security powered by Cyren GlobalView threat intelligence. It integrates with full Secure Email Gateway (SEG), Mail Transfer Agent (SMTP bridge), and direct integration into O365 & Exchange. It is scalable, flexible, and supports multiple tenants/domains, available as a service, private cloud, and on-premise. GateScanner Secure Mail Gateway uses proprietary email reconstruction according to RFC 2822 to remove deeply hidden threats in the body, header, embedded elements, and attachments. It scans password-protected attachments via a user-validation prompt and disables advanced, highly evasive malware, including file-spoofing, payload insertion, and BASE64 encoding. Privacy protection is ensured by removing tracking pixels/links.
