Septier Frontier is a border security and surveillance system designed to detect and position cellular devices within specified operational zones, such as land borders or coastlines. It operates by maintaining continuous data on cellular devices within an Area of Interest (AOI) to provide situational awareness and operational intelligence, triggering immediate alerts upon detecting target phones to support early detection independent of human visual patrols.
The system is available in two specialized versions. Frontier Cross Border utilizes multiple field units connected to a command-and-control server to monitor and intercept cellular traffic within sharp geographic boundaries. Frontier Cellular Sea Radar focuses on nautical environments, detecting and locating cellular devices aboard maritime vessels in restricted sea areas to supplement traditional marine radar systems.
