FRIDA (Fraud Identification Application) is a fraud prevention software that detects online application and order fraud through the automated evaluation of transaction data. The system combines machine learning algorithms with customizable expert rules to establish connections between data points, such as names, addresses, payment methods, and device information. This process enables the software to recognize complex fraud patterns and provide automatic risk assessments in real time to mitigate activities like account takeovers, identity theft, and friendly fraud.
The platform functions as a centralized control center for fraud management, aggregating transaction details into a single interface with tools for analysis and filtering. It allows for the individual configuration of algorithms and fraud scoring models and supports integration with both internal company-specific data and external data sources for a holistic transaction view. The system's operational process includes detection, reaction, manual investigation, and dark field analysis, and it can be deployed across various organizational structures, including centralized, decentralized, and multi-tenant systems. All processed data is hosted on servers located in Hamburg, Germany.
