EVIQ CSMS is a charging station management system that provides a comprehensive management platform for charge point operators. It offers management of charging infrastructure and operations through a secure GUI platform. The system provides real-time data updates and displays essential data analysis, including charger status, power status, sales and accounts history, customer and subscription management, and customizable features. The CSMS collects real-time information on all chargers within the charging network, allowing operators to monitor all public chargers in real-time and respond to errors or malfunctions immediately. The system supports the Plug&Charge protocol and uses approved hardware and systems. System and security updates can be performed remotely. AUTOCRYPT expanded the CSMS scope through the release of an add-on that guides the deployment and management of Plug&Charge operations for charge point operators and e-mobility service providers. This add-on provides components necessary for Plug&Charge technology adoption and management of compatible chargers.
