CodeTwo Email Signatures On-prem is a server application for Microsoft Exchange Server SE and hybrid environments, designed for the central management of email signatures, disclaimers, and mail flow. It operates on-premises as a transport agent connected to the Microsoft Exchange Transport service, processing messages directly within the local infrastructure for single-server, multi-server, and hybrid deployments. The system is managed through a separate Administration Panel that can be deployed on Windows machines, allowing for the configuration of rules and delegation of management tasks through role-based access control.
The application automatically appends standardized signatures by synchronizing with Active Directory to populate dynamic placeholders. It extends native Exchange mail flow rules with capabilities including rule-based attachment control, content-based email routing, and sender address rewriting.
