Edge Switch by Edge SDN is a novel Industrial Internet of Things network node designed for security, reliability, and advanced functionalities in critical IoT networks. It isolates and monitors communication between applications, ensuring IoT devices remain secure and reachable while protecting against external and internal threats. Edge Switch is coupled with the Central Management Console, a user interface for easy network configuration and management. It serves as an intelligent switch to isolate, segment, and inspect data in networks, enhancing the security level of any IoT network. Edge Switch can be deployed before assets or industrial machines to create a barrier against potential threats.
