Edge SDN Probe by Edge SDN is a network monitoring tool designed to provide structured visibility of hosts and communications for a deep understanding of the network. Edge SDN Probe can be managed stand-alone attached to the SPAN ports of switches but shows its full potential when used with SDN switches and the CMC. It focuses on understanding communication between configured Security Zones in different network portions, propagation paths between applications and network services, and providing a logical view of the connection matrix between hosts and applications.
