ECA Certificates for DoD Access by IdenTrust (part of HID Global) are designed for conducting business with the Department of Defense. ECA certificates are segregated by assurance levels, determined by the type of identity validation conducted by the issuing Certification Authority and the device used to store the certificate. Each DoD agency program requires specific assurance level certificates.
