Dr.Web FixIt! is a service that analyzes the security of computers running Microsoft Windows operating systems to diagnose information security incidents remotely and eliminate their consequences. The service generates a diagnostic utility to detect traces of malware present on a system and, based on its report, carries out diagnostics. If malware is detected, a curing utility is created to eliminate the consequences of infection. Each build is a unique build of the utility for a specific situation, executing instructions prepared using the results of the analysis included in the diagnostic utility's report rather than a predefined set of instructions. The service detects new malware as well as programs used to carry out targeted attacks. It operates as a web application. The service is intended for teams of information security specialists responsible for security monitoring and incident response, as well as for companies whose system administrators require assistance analyzing computer incidents involving malware activity.
