Cyber Coach by Mailinblack allows an administrator user to send phishing campaigns via email to a group of users, view statistical data on their interactions with the campaigns, and raise awareness about appropriate behaviors to adopt against these threats. Campaigns are based on attack models provided by Mailinblack and customized by the administrator user according to the client's needs. The administrator user is responsible for selecting and configuring the campaigns, including targeted users, types of phishing emails sent, and frequency of campaigns. As part of providing Cyber Coach, the administrator user can choose to reference third parties to simulate a phishing attack, with distinctive signs used solely for illustration and awareness purposes, depending on the client's environment. When sending a campaign, an email is sent to each user inviting them to click on a link. Once the link is clicked, the user arrives on a fake phishing page where they are prompted to provide sensitive information about themselves or their company. After the data is submitted, an information page informs them that they have been trapped and educates them on how to protect themselves. The tool collects information on the interactions made by the user on the phishing and awareness pages. This information allows the administrator user to assess the vulnerability level of their users. This information is also used by Mailinblack's targeting algorithm to propose the most effective phishing campaigns and the most relevant awareness pages for users. Cyber Coach aims to raise awareness among users and obtain statistics but does not guarantee protection against phishing attacks, which depends solely on the hardware, software, and human resources implemented by the client, including the measures taken by the client and the behavior of users in response to such attacks.
