Cyber Academy by Mailinblack allows an administrator User to provide cybersecurity training modules to their colleagues through an online training platform. Training modules are provided by Mailinblack and consist of several chapters. The chapters include textual and visual training elements. They are designed to be easily understandable, engaging, and relevant. At the end of each chapter, there are games that review the chapter's content through questions. If the learner completes the game without errors, they can move on to the next chapter. If mistakes are made, they can retry until successful. Each completed chapter allows for the accumulation of experience points, promoting gamified learning and encouraging continued training. The administrator user has an overview of the training progress of all learners and can consult the most and least used modules. The administrator user can also send an email to certain collaborators to encourage them to advance in their training if they notice a decline in motivation. It can also send congratulatory messages to high-performing employees, helping to maintain a climate of motivation and engagement. The User can track their own progress through various indicators such as experience points, estimated time spent training on Cyber Academy, and on training modules not yet completed. Cyber Academy aims to train and educate Users on good cybersecurity practices and obtain statistics but does not guarantee protection against cyberattacks. This protection depends exclusively on the material, software, and human resources implemented by the Client, particularly security measures and the behavior of Users in response to such attacks.
