Covr by Covr Security is a universal multifactor authentication app that combines three layers of authentication: the smartphone, a pin, and biometrics (fingerprint sensor or facial-recognition camera). Covr simplifies usage, protects from fraud, adds strong customer authentication (SCA), and ensures regulatory compliance. It is user-intuitive and built on the latest encryption technologies. Covr does not require passwords or personal credentials, making it unique. Passwordless MFA uses facial recognition, 6-digit PINs, and fingerprint activation instead of passwords. Covr uses asymmetric (public-key) cryptography for data authenticity (non-repudiation). Out-of-Band technology minimizes access point exposure with the smartphone as a second authentication channel for two-way communication, making it difficult for fraudsters to ambush both channels at once.
