Team Cymru's Controller Feed enables near-real-time monitoring of botnet command and control (C2) infrastructure. It is DNS-centric, covering all observed controllers without victims. The Controller Feed provides comprehensive data on IRC-based, HTTP-based, and P2P-based botnets, including full URLs, malware hashes, and DNS resource records. It offers capabilities for blocking compromised nodes, malicious attachments, and application-level firewalling. Controller Feed allows real-time identification of botnet C2 IP addresses and continuous monitoring of inactive nodes and networks. It contains confirmed, active botnet and malware distribution command points, updated every 60 minutes.
