Collax E-Archive is an email and e-invoicing archiving solution provided by Collax Inc. It is designed to help businesses meet legal requirements for storing relevant emails and electronic invoices, including compliance with the German Finance Ministry's guidelines (GoBD) for proper management and storage of books, records, and documents in electronic form, as well as data access. The system automatically archives incoming and outgoing emails and e-invoices by forwarding an unchanged copy to the mail server in a tamper-proof manner. It can also archive emails when they are forwarded to another mail server. Each employee can be granted access to their own email archive for daily email management.
